
Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon of Calendula flowers (dried)
- 2 teaspoons of Chamomile flowers (dried)
- 1 cup of boiling water
Instructions:
Place the calendula and chamomile flowers in a medium-sized bowl.
Pour boiling water over the flowers and let them steep for 5-10 minutes.
Strain out the herbs and discard them.
Allow the tea to cool before giving it to your baby, no more than a lukewarm temperature is recommended.
Give your baby one to two ounces of the tea three times a day until the colic symptoms subside.

Calendula is thought to help reduce inflammation, relieve pain and treat skin irritations.
Chamomile is also known for its anti-inflammatory properties and helps soothe gastrointestinal upset and cramps.
The combination of these two herbs helps to reduce colic symptoms and relax the baby. Both herbs are safe for babies and have no known side effects. However, it is always advisable to consult with a naturopathic doctor before giving any herbal remedy to your baby.
