Turmeric and Ear Infections in Babies



- 2 tablespoons of sesame oil

- 1 tablespoon of garlic juice (freshly squeezed)

- ½ teaspoon of turmeric powder


Instructions:

  1. Heat the sesame oil in a small pan until it is warm.

  2. Add the garlic juice and turmeric powder to the pan and mix until combined.

  3. Allow the mixture to simmer for 5 minutes before removing it from heat.

  4. Cool down the mixture by transferring it into a glass bowl.

  5. Use an eye dropper to fill up the ear canal with the mixture.

  6. After a few minutes, tilt the head to let any excess oil drain out.

  7. Repeat this process once or twice a day as needed.
